Diaphragm type hand valve is a valve that controls the flow of medium through the movement of a diaphragm, mainly used in high-purity gas systems, refrigeration/refrigeration equipment, and air conditioning devices. The core working principle is to control the opening and closing of the valve by manually operating or using pneumatic devices to drive the diaphragm up and down.
working principle
Diaphragm type manual valves are usually composed of components such as valve stem, diaphragm, spring, etc. When the valve stem is manually rotated, the diaphragm is compressed and moves downward, and the valve head contacts the valve seat to achieve sealing closure; The spring or air pressure causes the diaphragm to reset, and the valve head lifts to open the valve. This structure isolates the medium from the outside world, reduces trace residual gases, and prevents metal particles from entering the medium.
Application scenarios
High purity gas system: suitable for scenarios that require high gas purity, such as laboratories or precision instruments.
Refrigeration equipment: Liquid/gas pipelines commonly used in freezing/refrigeration units, such as compressor accessories.
Air conditioning system: used to control the direction of hot or cold air flow.
Performance Characteristics
Good sealing: small dead zone volume and minimal residual gas.
High reliability: The valve head and seat have no frictional contact, reducing the risk of metal particles falling off.
Pressure and temperature resistance: The working pressure can reach 21MPa, and the applicable temperature range is -54 ℃ to 316 ℃.
