EVR solenoid valves are key components in refrigeration and air conditioning, controlling the flow of refrigerant through electromagnetic induction. Available in direct-acting and pilot-operated versions, they can be used in commercial air conditioners, heat pumps, food cold storage, ice machines, and other applications, ensuring system stability.

Based on their opening mechanism, EVR solenoid valves are categorized into two types: single-acting and double-acting. The single-acting type is suitable for low-pressure differential applications, directly actuating the valve core for opening and closing. The double-acting type utilizes pilot pressure assistance for high-pressure differential applications. Both types strictly limit fluid flow to one direction, effectively preventing system failures caused by refrigerant backflow and ensuring precise and controllable fluid flow direction. In its application, this solenoid valve is a key control element in refrigeration, cooling, and air conditioning systems. It can be installed in the system's liquid line (controlling refrigerant liquid delivery), suction line (regulating return air flow), and hot gas line (controlling hot gas bypass). It is suitable for supermarket freezers, industrial cold storage, commercial central air conditioning, and other equipment, helping the system achieve stable temperature control and efficient operation.

In terms of sealing performance, the valve seat of the EVR solenoid valve utilizes high-precision machining to precisely fit the sealing component. Combined with low-temperature and aging-resistant sealing materials, it maintains excellent sealing performance in operating temperatures ranging from -40°C to 120°C.

In terms of coil configuration, to meet the power supply requirements of different regions and different equipment, the EVR solenoid valve offers coils in various voltage specifications, including common models such as AC220V, AC110V, and DC24V. The coil utilizes high-temperature-resistant enameled wire, ensuring stable performance under long-term power supply and resisting damage from overheating. The EVR solenoid valve offers flexible supply options: Complete delivery allows for direct assembly of equipment, reducing on-site assembly steps. Separate delivery (with the valve body and coil separated) allows customers to purchase or replace components based on their installation space and maintenance needs. This is particularly suitable for rapid replacement of coil damage, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
