The welding gun extension hose is designed specifically for scenarios such as air conditioning refrigeration maintenance and outdoor welding. It is compatible with various types of oxygen free welding guns and MAPP welding guns, effectively solving the problems of short native pipelines and limited operating range of welding guns, and assisting narrow spaces or long-distance welding operations.
The hose adopts a three-layer composite structure: the inner layer is made of oil and gas resistant nitrile rubber, which is corrosion-resistant and has strong sealing performance, suitable for liquefied gas, propane and other gases; The middle woven reinforced mesh enhances the tensile performance, with a fracture strength of 1500N; the outer layer is made of wear-resistant PVC material, which is resistant to high and low temperatures (-30 ℃ to 80 ℃) and suitable for complex outdoor environments.
We offer three length specifications of 1.5m, 3m, and 5m, with a standard G1/4 thread interface that can directly connect mainstream welding guns and gas cylinders without the need for additional adapters; Each hose undergoes a 65BAR water pressure test and air tightness test.
