Fluorinated extension adapter

The fluorinated extended adapter is an accessory used to connect air conditioning systems and fluorine filling equipment (such as fluorine meters and refrigerant tanks). Its primary function is to establish a reliable connection channel for refrigerant filling and pressure testing.
1. The extended length, typically determined based on actual usage, makes it easier for maintenance personnel to connect air conditioning piping in difficult-to-access or space-constrained locations.
2. The fluorinated extended adapter offers a variety of interface specifications to accommodate different types of air conditioning systems, fluorine filling equipment, and refrigerant types.
3. It provides pressure relief during air conditioning system pressure testing and also serves as a bridge between testing equipment and air conditioning piping, allowing maintenance personnel to accurately obtain system pressure data and determine whether the air conditioning system is faulty.
4. It allows maintenance personnel to easily connect the air conditioning system to testing and filling equipment without disassembling excessive vehicle components. 
5. Working Principle
To perform refluorination, connect one end of the Fluorinated extended adapter to the corresponding port on the air conditioning system and tighten it to ensure a tight seal. Connect the other end to the refluorination equipment (such as a refrigerant tank). During operation, a pin inside the adapter pushes open the valve core of the air conditioning system, opening the refrigerant transmission channel. This allows refrigerant under pressure to flow from the refrigerant tank through the extended refluorination adapter and into the air conditioning system. Maintenance personnel can monitor the system pressure in real time using a connected refluorination gauge to ensure safe and accurate refluorination.
